breaking news: SwarmFest party

Hey!

We've decided to take things up a notch for SwarmFest.  To get things
rolling, the welcoming dinner on Saturday, April 28th will be held at
the Santa Fe Institute starting at 6pm.

It's ALL good!  Bring those dancing shoes, since we'll be having live
music and an efficient bartender!  Volleyball too!
