[Swarm-Modelling] Reminder about Swarmfest Lodging Deadline of April 30, and Registration deadline extended

To all potential Swarmfest 08 attendees,

Just a reminder that if you are planning to attend Swarmfest this year in Chicago, May 11-13, you will need to make reservations by April 30 in order to get the conference rate of $129/night (good for the nights of May 11 and May 12).

Lodging for SwarmFest will be at: Inn of Chicago - Magnificent Mile (http://www.innofchicago.com), 162 E Ohio St., Chicago, IL 60611. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk to the conference site at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

To reserve accommodation at the conference hotel, you must contact the hotel directly---our conference registration site does not include the hotel reservations. Hotel reservations must be made by calling the hotel toll-free at 1-800-557-2378 and ask for the Swarmfest rate. International registrants can use the hotel's email; see their contact site (http://www.innofchicago.com/contact_us.html). Also, the deadline for Registration has been extended to May 9; on-site registration will be available at extra-cost ($25+ both Non-student and Student rates).
