Hello all!
We are happy to announce that Swarmfest 2009 will be taking place in Santa Fe, New Mexico on June 28-30, 2009. The conference will take place at the Santa Fe Complex ( http://sfcomplex.org/wordpress/ ).
Registration is available on-line at ( http://www.northwesternevents.com/profile/form/index.cfm?PKformID=0x34595cab ). Conference lodging will be at the Santa Fe Sage Inn ( http://www.santafesageinn.com/ ).
The Call for Abstracts is also open. The deadline for submission is May 1, 2009. Abstracts should be submitted as a one page .pdf, Arial 10 font. Submissions should be emailed to address@hidden. Decisions on acceptance will be made on a rolling basis, with the decisions for submissions on May 1 returned by May 6, 2009.
The Swarmwiki provides the live links to registration and the conference site and hotel; a Swarmfest 2009 page with program details will be forthcoming. The format this year will hearken back to the more discussion-based, problem-question oriented, workshop-like environment of Swarmfests of yore. Hope to see you there!
