My point was, it is no longer to be found at NEXT's web site. Glen needs to
update a certain pointer ...
And yes, if you walk up the directory tree a couple of steps, you find an
announcement that the book is available in print :-) [Don't hog *all* of
the copies for yourself, ok?]
