OK, this work is done. Now users should find:

In the docs directory, I renamed the old swarmdocs directory as
swarmdocs-2.1.1

and I've made a symlink that points from swarmdocs-2.2 to swarmdocs, 
figuring that the swarmdocs should always point to the newest things.

Will also copy up there the "whole container file" that MGD made 
available to me from which I stripped these sub-packages, but I left 
that on another computer and can't do right now.

Would also like to link the pdf and rtf files that are referenced on 
www.swarm.org, but don't know how or if it is desirable.
