hi all,
the swarmfest 2004 pages are at

(We will be filling in the travel page tomorrow.)

i plan to send the cfp out (finally) this week.

One question tho:

The $100 for students to attend seems a bit high...
it seems like it would easily scare off some
locals from attending.
What if we reduce that to $75 or something a bit lower?
