[SwarmFest2004] where to send CFP?

hi all,
ok, the swarmfest pages have been updated
   cscs.umich.edu/swarmfest04
per the suggestions:
- student fee is $50 ($25 for sdg students)
- there are words on the registration form to point
  people to swarm.org for more info about SDG, memberships
- the chars fixed in keynote page

So...
Where should we send these?  Please send suggestins for:
 - email lists
 - particular people 
 - ?
(i know a few, eg
  - swarm lists   - repast
  - netlogo list   - complex modeling list )
