Oh, lord. You can't cancel the Swarmfest. I have a nonrefundable ticket along with a travel grant. If you cancel the Swarmfest, I'll be stuck in Italy for 4 days with no good purpose. And no money.

Extend the deadline, circulate the ad to the sim-soc list.

Anyway the deadline is today: as a first action I'm of the opinion of postponing it until May 2 and to have a parallel activity of paper review.
