[Swarmfest2005] How do I register for conference?

Hello,

I am trying to register for SwarmFest in Torino, but there is no
registration form on the web site. I am looking at:

Near the bottom (under "Registration fee"), it says "A registration
form, with payment methods, will be very soon on line" but this does
not seem to be there yet. I would like to avoid the 25 Euro late fee.
