[Synaptic-devel] Enhancement to the option that permits keeping certain packages |

Hi!
I really like using Synaptic but I miss an option to always keep
packages based on some advanced criterion like their priority. Such an
option exists in Aptitude:
Aptitude::Keep-Unused-Pattern "~prequired | ~pimportant | ~pstandard";
This line tells Aptitude to never auto remove packages which have
priority required, important or standard (that is the base system).
For the moment Synaptic only understand the option
APT::Never-Auto-Remove which only accepts regex to match packages name.
Is it possible that Synaptic will support it in the future?
Thanks in advance for your answer.
