[Taler] latest draft on the Taler cryptography [re-re-send]

Dear all,

I've just concluded another major round of edits to the Taler paper
which details the cryptography and key concepts behind Taler.

The current plan is to submit it to an academic conference with a
15-page limit (excluding references and appendices) soon. I'd really
appreciate any feedback you may have (including questions / comments
about things that are simply insufficiently clear).

The paper's source is also in the mint Git. As the original e-mail
didn't go through the list like 3x with the attachment, I've now
also uploaded the PDF to http://grothoff.org/christian/taler-draft.pdf
(FYI: Richard was responding on-list to the e-mail with the same file
attached).
