After we have the demo more polished, it'd be worth reaching out to the
m-pesa community, including the people watching or staring the PesaPi
project, which is an open source M-Pesa API that was reverse engineered

In particular, a developer already working with M-Pesa could probably
build a Taler mint based on M-Pesa relatively easily.
