[Taler] attac-reader about digital currencies

Hi,

today I was pointed to the small Book from Attac (Germyn only, sorry:)

   Geld ist ein öffentliches Gut. Seinen Nutzen eignen sich gegenwärtig
   zum allergrößten Teil jedoch private Akteure an. Neben die bekannten
   Banken treten mehr und mehr Fintechs und die großen digitalen
   Plattformunternehmen wie Google, Facebook, Apple, WeChat oder Alipay
   aus China. Das Facebook-Projekt Libra steht prototypisch für die
   neue Form eines Weltgeldes.

While this seems to be a statement for Central Bank Digital Currency, 
I'm afraid they missed talking to some of us:

   Dabei sollte jedem Menschen klar sein, dass es in der Welt der
   Informationstechnologie keinen absolut geschützten privaten Raum
   mehr geben wird.
