Hello,

if you would create a course "creating local currency based on GNU Taler" what
would be a "minimal" syllabus for theory and practical aspects such that
participants would be able to actually deploy GNU Taler as local currency?

Any thoughts on how seigniorage can be direct-democratically controlled and
organized in a local community?
