[Taler] The road to running a Taler Exchange coop in EU?

Hi all.

I recently came across Taler and love the idea of running a commercial Taler exchange in EU.  But where to start?

It can be done by anybody who has the required resources, knowledge, experience, and who fulfills all the conditions.

My plan is to slowly comb through it in my spare time to broaden and deepend my understanding of what exactly would be needed to run a Taler exchange as a coop where both workers and users would have a say in how things are done.  That would be a nice innovation in fintech...

If anybody else feels like playing, then please join the fun.

At the moment I don't have any budget for it - so not able to pay anybody (not even myself) but I hope there's going to be some interest anyway and with time and persistence, a way will be found to raise the necessary funds, recruit people, hire servers and premises etc.
