[Taler] wallet download directory

I recently pushed:

- https://git.taler.net/www.git/commit/?id=0b0981cfb6bec397e495a

to branch ‘master’.  Any feedback?  In particular, i notice the
wallet download directory has not been updated since May, and
wonder if we should add to the webpage a blurb like "updated on
occasion" or somesuch.

(If no feedback, i'll push to branch ‘stable’ in a couple days,
unless someone beats me to it.)
