There is a pervasive use of the (incorrect) "missattribute"
(note two 's' chars) instead of the (correct) "misattribute"
(one 's' char) in the exchange codebase and probably elsewhere
(i haven't checked).
Normally, i would simply ‘s/miss/mis/g’, but i see that the
wrong spelling is also present in non-documentation, non-comment
contexts (i.e., in code contexts, e.g., as a field name). I
feel a bit more leery about breaking things in those contexts.
So, what do we want to do here?
(a) Leave as is.
(b) Change only non-code contexts.
(c) Do ‘s/miss/mis/g’ (and fix any breakage).
For both (a) and (b), i would add a blurb the dev manual
explaining the situation.
