You are right, with 0.2.1 this now does not happen any more. (Weird 
because I had it installed yesterday; maybe the app didn't restart and 
the old one was stlil running...).


I can now see the POS terminal. However I can't create an order. 
Whenever I click "Submit", the pay screen quickly shows up (but only a 
red button is there, probably "abort", no QR code though!), then it 
disappears again and I get "Error: did not receive a payment".

Any ideas what could be causing this?
