[Taler] is x-taler-bank still a thing?

Hi,

the documentation mentions x-taler-bank at some places, however the demo 
infrastructure now uses a "real" ebics connection to the 
libeufin-sandbox now.

Is x-taler-bank still a thing somewhere, or should we remove it from the 
documentation? Because it's kinda confusing if you don't know pre-0.9 
taler and read the docs for the first time.
