Dear Calvin,

Thanks for the heads-up. I've now updated the key expiration and 
modernized the manual to include the better style of enabling the key.

I'm using /usr/share/keyrings/taler-systems.gpg for the file name, I 
hope that's a good choice. Do let me know if there is a more canonical 
one (I'm a bit unhappy about writing anything to /usr...).
