Yes it should, I've also noticed references to 'autorefund' in some
places in the documentation. Has support for it been removed?

Actually, I have been writing some documentation about how to install
Taler from scratch. At this point, it only covers Debian installation,
but I would like to add a section about building Taler. As far as I
know, there are no OpenRC services wrote for Taler itself, so if you
wish to make them available, it would be easier to reuse them on other
distros that support OpenRC. Although I am a little rusty at writing
OpenRC services, I can help out.
Just trying to do some bug reporting.
