Hi Jürgen, dear Taler-afficionados, 

If there are best practices about regional currency or coupon systems, I am very interested for Bonn and the region as well. 
There are using paper based local coupons right now, but not with great success:

Right now I am already struggling to get a demo instance to run on our own servers. But that's another topic.
