Mhh, I can't find this mentioned anywhere in the developer's
documentation, maybe we should add this.

FWIW, enabling merchant self-provisioning on demot.taler.net would make
it a lot easier for developers, see https://bugs.gnunet.org/view.php?id=9238
;-).
