Fixed in commit 180732b5 of sandcastle-ng.

As I suspected, we wrongly passed a "X-Forwarded-Proto: https" header to 
the merchant backend due to a misconfiguration.

With the latest version, I'm able to withdraw and pay on 
{bank,backend}.taler.localhost:4321.
