[pkg-tasktools] VIT 2.0.0 release

Hello,

I've rewritten the venerable VIT in Python, and the official 2.0.0 release is out -- would love to have it packaged for Debian!

I did notice the Debian Package Tracker picked up on the version, and is suggesting it for packaging, but not sure if anyone is working on it? https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/vit
