[Texi2html-bug] Better copyright notice in the html file

Hi Patrice,
Currently, the copyright notice that is placed as a comment into the html file 
is quite confusing. In particular, to me it reads as if the documentation 
itself was written by those authors rather than texi2html. 
The following comments appear inside the lilypond documentation:

To me this reads as if the html file was written by Lionel, Karl, Olaf etc. 
(BTW, shouldn't your name also appear among this list?).
