[Texi2html-bug] new release and future

Hello,

Unless I missed something it seems to me that texi2html is ready for a
release, at least I fixed everything I think should be fixed for the
release.

The TODO has grown quite a bit, but I think that focusing on 
* info output
* modularization
is worthier.

So, Derek, you can do a release, and after that modularize texi2html. I'll 
work only on a new examples/info.init file without touching texi2html.pl nor
texi2html.init until you have finished.
