(\LaTeX): New macro for new command.
(\setfontstyle): new macro to remember current
font style.
(\rm,\it,\sl,\bf,\tt,\sf,\ttsl): call it; all but
the last two are new too.
(\ssecsc): use correct magnification, we do for
everything else.
(\scriptrm..\scriptsy): new fonts.
(\scriptfonts): new macro.
(\textfonts..\smallerfonts): set \lsize and
\lllsize macros.
