    from 22ee976b6e * doc/texi2any_api.texi (Loading Init Files), 
doc/texinfo.texi (HTML Xref Configuration), tp/texi2any.pl (add_config_paths) 
(set_subdir_directories): use $sysconfdir/xdg instead of $sysconfdir in search 
paths.  Remove default absolute XDG Base Directory Specification system 
configuration and system data irectories from search path.
     new 783d75ac5d * tp/texi2any.pl (add_config_paths, 
set_subdir_directories): mark $sysconfdir as deprecated by $sysconfdir/xdg.
     new 0fe59eb395 * doc/texi2any_api.texi (Loading Init Files), 
doc/texinfo.texi (HTML Xref Configuration): hint that we do not follow strictly 
the XDG Base Directory Specification for defaults.
