I have just uploaded an updated package of TinyCC (tcc_0.9.20-1) to the
Debian servers, it will appear in the unstable distribution in the next
24 hours.

The package for the stable distribution ("woody") has been updated as
well, but the URL has changed, the package can now be found at:

http://people.debian.org/~rfrancoise/woody/

You can use apt-get to install this package, with the following source
line in your sources.list:

deb http://people.debian.org/~rfrancoise/woody/ ./

Then use

# apt-get update
# apt-get install tcc

Fabrice, could you please update the URL for the stable packages on the
project's homepage?
