line 1321 of the file parse.c reads thusly:
         num_protocol_cmds = NUMBER_OF_COMMANDS;

Search how "NUMBER_OF_COMMANDS" macro is defined.

                        The README file said
             "Requires Windows 95, NT 4.0, or better."
                   So... I installed it on Linux!
