Is the Win32 target in a sufficient state to allow in-memory
compilation? I'd really like to use this in a project very soon.
I've gotten it to compile under MinGW with some minor tweaking
(removing the sys/ucontext.h dependent lines), but I still have yet to
test the libtcc functionality for Win32.
