AFAIR, Oded Shimon (who is AFAIK subscribed to this list) tried to
compile MPlayer with TCC. He had some patches on his local tree to
allow compilation with TCC.
The resulting binary with several times slower, mainly due to the fact
that he had to disable ASM code.
Let's see if he still has these patches lying around...
