I don't know.  Ask the glibc people on the glibc list?

Does the c99 spec say that undefined is < 2?  (Probably, I'm a bit rushed just 
now, and likely to be out of touch this weekend.  Visiting grandparents.)

I'm guessing this is a glibc bug, but I don't know.
