You might consider using LLVM http://llvm.org/ or C-- http://cminusminus.org/ or even libjit http://www.gnu.org/software/dotgnu/ or just lightning http://www.gnu.org/software/lightning/ or perhaps just generating C code and compiling it (by forking gcc -fPIC -shared) and dlopen-ing it. Remember, on Linux systems at least, you can dlopen many (=several hundred thousands at least) dynamic shared libraries.

Tinycc generates very quickly quite poor code. You probably want to generate a bit more slowly some better performing code. If it is the case, the other solutions are better suited.
