You could try with -run first:

        $ tcc -b bcheck.o -run test.c

For standalone exe's you would need to teach tccpe.c to write
.init and .bounds sections.

However the general state of tinycc's bounds checking (even on linux)
is uncertain, i.e. whether it works good enough to be practically
useful.
