Well, just test a hello world (for me even that fails ... )
(the .DLL command line is more complex but the problem seems be the same).
If it's fix the problem, can you send me a link to the zip file ?. ( I found very hard figure where is the last code, i don't use git ...).

It's in flux right now. Use today's git. I totally changed everything
and got rid of that tcc1-win32 stuff and it seems to work here. May need
to use tcc -Bwin32 or tcc -B. not sure...  Also what compiler version
and configure command are you using or how can I replicate the problem?
