[Tinycc-devel] fix for undefined symbol '__try__' on mingw32 windows build

If you get undefined symbol '__try__' this latest patch fixes it.
Windows version wasn't picking up bcheck.o because the paths were not
updated from moving all the libraries around. Troubleshoot with tcc -vvv
if it can't find other libraries.
