OK I think I see the benefits of your plan here. New libraries can be
added atomically by only adding to one Makefile. I made a commit here
for x86_64 that inserts cleanly in 4 places and does not affect any
other platform. Bravo!  make: i386/libtcc1.a for i386-tcc (x86_64 to
i386 cross)
