Could someone please augment tcc development tree with this?
I am sure the slightly modified files are correct for the current version of TCC.

It was extracted from an early Windows XP DLL so it should work for
all important versions of Windows.

It is very interesting that the final playsound.exe application can play any uncompressed wav file dragged onto it; and yet, playsound.exe size is only 1.5K when built with TCC! :-)

This is much better than TDM32 compiler which builds playsound.exe into a 50K. :-(
