There is a version 2015-01-12 of patches.
SInce 2015-01-08 there are 5 new patches
 * 035-pp-tok-plchldr.patch
 * 037-statement-exp-ret-ptr.patch
 * 039-void-to-void-cast.patch
 * 041-no-code-wanted-rev.patch
 * 043-gtst-if-restored.patch
Thise patches are mainly a bug or regression removal in the patches
since tcc 0.9.23.
A current tcc can now compile a linux kernel 2.4.26 as tcc-0.9.23
