These are independent projects with different design goals,
so they are going to have different limitations and strong points.

Both are very useful for testing each other of course,
that's why I do not post this off-list.

tcc 0.9.26 and current pcc bootstrap each other nicely,
at least here, on ia32 linux with musl.

Regrettably, pcc with disabled gcc compatibility does not compile tcc
(breaks on tcclib1.c).
