In order to build tcc.c on Windows, I reverted pstrcpy back to a PUB_FUN.

Considering the overwhelming lack of opposition/reaction to my

previous email on the effective external API of TCC, I went ahead

and pushed onto mob a few modifications that limit the set of

external functions of TCC when compiled with the ONE_SOURCE

symbol set to only symbols prefixed with "tcc_".

 

The thus modified code seem to pass "make test" with or without ONE_SOURCE set.
