There are 8 files in the tree that contain non-ASCII characters. One
of them is not valid UTF-8. You see the Perl script in the log message
at aa812e87455271d2b73e7f41832aee496fe81ee0? Someone could run it
again, though the offending character should probably be replaced with
"(c)" for consistency with copyright notices everywhere else.
