[Tinycc-devel] Time for 0.9.28?

I see low traffic these days and, at least to me, tcc mod looks very stable.

As 0.9.27 is quite old, don’t you think it’s time to push your pending commits, make tests and release a 0.9.28 in the next few weeks?
