Hi Rein,

I have made a rules file for the Scandinavian Activity Conetst (SAC), 
scandinavian stations. You find the file attached.

At www.sk0bg.se/contest you find the complete rules.

To get it to work for non-scandinavians I think you have to make some 
changes in the software...

I've installed TLF 0.9.20. When I press ':help' I don't get the help file. 
Do you know why?
