Well, this is interesting<grin>...
If I define the filename with the space at the beginning, I can record.
(if the space isn't there, then it runs the filename together with the
audio device name - sox tries to record from
"/dev/dsp/home/w9wi/arrldxssb2005/f1.au" )
However, then I can't play back.. TLF puts up a message at the bottom
left of the screen saying it can't find the file. If I remove the space
in the rules file, I can play back. I suppose it's literally passing
the space to the function that opens the file.
(however, there's something else going on as as soon as the message
finishes playing, TLF exits with a segmentation fault)
Will try some more tweaking to audio.c but doubt I'll have the knowledge
to deal with the segfault.
