[Tlf-devel] File names

tlf generates files as follows:

   cabrillo (no extension)

and

   contest_name.adif

but it should be

   call.cbr

and

   contest_name.adi

It is rather cosmetic issue but it should save problems to those who 
does not know how to rename files to be 'eatable' by the robots and to 
allow import to the station logger.
