Hi Martin,
I just tried to find the Marathon rules on FOC website, but could not
find them. Do you have a copy or a link you could provide?

I do not understand where the 5 QSO points are coming from. You wrote
above:

Scoring should be doable, the rest of the wishlist is much more work.
