[Tlf-devel] Preparation for tlf-1.3.1

Hi all,

after a busy spring time and summer holiday I will try to pick up all
merge requests from the last weeks and prepare a (long overdue)
tlf-1.3.1 version in the next two weeks.

If all goes well a tlf-1.3.1_pre will be ready on the weekend. If there
are no fixes needed a final version can come up a week later.
